A Eurovision national final means weeks of full attention, and everything happens at the same time and under pressure. A nice website on its own does not carry that.

INTERVENTION

I developed and ran the social-media strategy, handled the press, built the new website and delivered the comms and content strategy. Every channel stayed in sync and went out inside a tight window.

EFFECT

The presence held together across every channel, the message stayed consistent and the press ran in a coordinated way. Anyone who wanted to reach Sidrit found one clear path, and through the intense run-up nothing fell apart.
