Strategy & branding

Clarify your offer. Build your brand.

You get clear positioning for your offer. Together, we define your audience, messages and first channels. The result is a practical plan your team can put into action.

What changes

My experience in marketing, web and community at Bitpanda informs the work. We review concrete drafts and decide together what comes first.

Investment
Scope and price agreed for your project
Timing
Timing follows the agreed scope, available material and approval process.

Before work begins, you receive a proposal with a clear scope and costs.

What you receive

We adapt these elements to your project.

Positioning and messages
Audience, value, service boundaries and available evidence are described clearly. A message matrix connects claims to the relevant touchpoints.
Language and topics
Writing guidance with examples supports the website and customer communication. Topics and content briefs make upcoming publications easier to plan.
Visual brand foundation
When included in the agreed scope, I develop the logo, colours, typography and image direction, documented in a compact brand guide.

Project example

Sidrit: one shared message.

For the national Eurovision selection, I built the website, social media strategy, press work and content together.

The project demonstrates connected communication and web work; it does not guarantee future results.

How we work

  1. 01

    Understand customer questions

We review real questions, existing offers and useful previous work.

  2. 02

    Set the priorities

We choose the offer, audience and channels to fit your budget and available time.

  3. 03

    Review the drafts

You review copy and design before further implementation begins.

Before we start

Does this fit my business?

This work suits small businesses that want their offer, brand and communication to fit together.

One accountable person can confirm the offer and factual claims.

Existing customer questions and materials provide a real starting point.

The plan will be used in the website, posts or campaigns.

What do I need to provide?

Existing offers, strategy documents and customer questions

Subject-matter review of claims and service boundaries

One contact for consolidated approvals

What is agreed separately?

Strategy, visual design and finished content are described separately in the proposal.

A content brief guides production; the number and production of finished posts are explicitly agreed.

Rights to final work and licences for fonts or images are clarified in advance.

Priorities follow your market, budget and team. Working methods from tech are adapted to that context; customer knowledge and subject-matter approval remain essential.

Can we use existing strategy work?

Yes. Existing positioning, coaching outcomes and brand material are reviewed first. Useful work is retained and the remaining scope is adjusted accordingly.

Are a logo and social posts automatically included?

The agreed scope decides. Brand strategy, visual design, content planning and finished posts are separate tasks, listed in the proposal.

Does another project have to follow?

Deliverables, usage rights and any subsequent implementation are clarified before commissioning. A separate strategy project is possible, but is not required for every engagement.
