AI visibility & GEO
Help AI search describe your business correctly
Customers ask ChatGPT or Google for suitable providers. I revise your website and business information so that AI search can understand your offer and represent it accurately.
The shortlist starts in the AI answer
Many people now describe their needs directly to an AI, for example: “Which plumber in Vienna knows how to work in older buildings?” The answer often names only a few providers. It is based on information that is publicly available about a business – on its own website and elsewhere online.
- Pricing
- Based on scope, set out in the proposal
- Timing
- The duration depends on how many pages and how much business information are revised. It is set out in the proposal.
Nobody can promise a specific mention or recommendation – the platforms make the selection. What can be checked and improved is the information they draw on.
What AI search needs to know about your business
AI answers rely on sources that are unambiguous, current and easy to read. Four areas determine whether your offer appears and is described correctly.
Clear service pages
Every important service has its own page: what you do, for whom, in which region and how working together works – in the words customers use when they ask.
Consistent business information
Name, address, services and contact details match across your website, Google Business Profile and directories, so AI does not confuse your business with another.
Evidence and mentions
References, project examples, reviews and mentions on other websites show what you stand for and that your offer is real.
A technically readable website
Content is accessible to search systems, loads quickly and is marked up with structured data. Key statements are in the text, not only in images.
Good search engine optimisation remains the foundation: what Google finds and understands can also be used by AI search.
First see what AI says about you today
We ask the questions your customers would ask and record which providers are named, how your offer is described and which sources the answers rely on.
Example from an initial review
One customer question and what follows
Schematic example, not a current search result.
Example details
- Customer question
- Which provider can take on this project in my region?
- Finding
- The business is named, but its service area is missing
- Change
- Add the service area and process to the service page
Choose questions from the customer’s perspective
Together we define the questions customers use when looking for your service – including region, occasion and typical objections. The same questions are used for comparison after the revision.
Turn gaps into specific changes
If your offer is missing from an answer, described incorrectly or based on an outdated source, we derive the right change to your website or business information.
Consider it when building a new website
If a new website is planned anyway, we design service pages, business information and structured data from the start so that search engines and AI search can use them well.

Delivery and handover
Initial review
We ask the agreed customer questions in AI search such as ChatGPT and Google and record the answers and sources.
Improve
I revise service pages, align business information and add structured data – starting where the review shows the biggest gaps.
Check again
After a few weeks, we ask the same questions again and compare the answers with the initial review.

Does this fit my business?
You want to know how ChatGPT and Google describe your offer today
Important services are missing from AI answers or described incorrectly
You are planning a new website and want to consider GEO from the start
What do I need to provide?
Your website, the services you want to be found for and the region where you look for customers. Access to your website and business profiles as needed.
Is GEO just a new name for SEO?
No, but they are closely related. SEO helps your pages get found. GEO also looks at whether AI search uses this content for specific recommendations and classifies your business correctly. Good SEO remains the foundation.
Can you guarantee a mention in ChatGPT?
No. The platforms decide which providers are named. I improve the information they draw on, and we use the same questions to check whether the answers change.
When do changes show?
Only once search systems have re-crawled the revised pages. That is why we compare using the same questions after a few weeks rather than the day after implementation.
Do I need a special AI file or schema?
Not for Google: the same foundations apply as for regular search. Structured data helps make information unambiguous. Additional files can complement this but do not replace clear content.
Does this work without a new website?
Yes. Most changes can be made on an existing website. If the technology is an obstacle, we discuss openly what a redesign would achieve.
Paid advertising in ChatGPT
ChatGPT Ads can promote a specific offer through paid placements. We agree on a separate pilot with a suitable landing page and a distinct media budget.
